Delivered: C is for Cthulhu Glow-in-the-Dark Plush
“Delivered:” is a series in which we look at crowdfunded ideas that have successfully shipped to their supporters. We dive into the final product, after its long journey from concept to fulfillment
Your favorite C is for Cthulhu plush toy now glows in the dark from the creators of “C is for Cthulhu” and “Sweet Dreams Cthulhu” children’s books. It’s a lovable luminescent that is added to the line up of popular C is for Cthulhu plush toys.
The C is for Cthulhu Plush comes in two sizes, baby and standard, and are made with a special luminescent fabric that glows in the dark while still maintaining the softness and cuddle-factor needed in plush toys. After four rounds of design, they were able to land on a quality material and end product worthy of your child’s bedroom. The details are custom embroidered and measure at 6 inches for the Baby and 12 inches for the Standard.
The beanie-filled bottom means the toy won’t fall off the shelf in my kid’s room (when it’s not being cuddled with) and the kids love the crinkle material added to the wings. The toy has been child safety tested in the USA and the Die-Cut C is for Cthulhu tag assures 100% authenticity.
The C is for Cthulhu Plush joins the family of board books, coloring books and other plush toys for the ever-growing C is for Cthulhu fan base. Creator Tyler James said fans have been asking for a glow in the dark plush for a long time, and they were finally able to bring it to Kickstarter. The limited-edition plush is a fun addition to a child’s collection of “stuffies”, even if they’re not familiar with the books or character. The baby size is great for small hands and small beds. The magic comes alive when the lights turn off and they’re cuddling with a soft night-light.
